Our minimum is 300 pairs for stock styles with logo printing. For fully custom production -- including your own color, grip pattern, and packaging -- we typically recommend starting from 500 pairs. We can discuss splitting quantities across multiple colorways or styles to help you reach MOQ efficiently.

We manufacture half-toe open, full-toe, ankle strap, wide toe box, low-cut, crew, toeless, and heel-free styles. Each is available with silicone or PVC grip in various placement configurations (full sole, partial sole, heel-only, toe-only). We can also develop new silhouettes for larger custom projects.

Silicone grip is our recommendation for barre and Pilates. It offers stronger anti-slip performance, a softer and more premium feel underfoot, and significantly better durability after repeated washing. PVC grip is a lower-cost option suitable for single-use or low-wash applications. For branded studio socks that customers will wash repeatedly, silicone is the right choice.

Yes. We provide full retail packaging support including custom polybag, kraft box, header card, hangtag, woven label, printed label, barcode, and tissue paper. Products can be delivered shelf-ready or e-commerce-ready. Share your packaging concept and we'll provide a mockup and cost breakdown.

Typical timeline: Quote within 1 business day → Mockup within 2-3 days → Sample in 7-10 days → Bulk production 25-35 days after sample approval → Shipping 5-15 days depending on destination. Total first-order timeline is typically 6-10 weeks from first contact to delivery. Repeat orders are faster as samples are already approved.

Yes. We support Pantone-matched seasonal colorways, gradient designs, and multi-color combinations. Many of our studio and brand clients plan 2-4 color drops per year. We can help you build a seasonal color calendar and plan production timelines to hit your launch dates.

We ship FOB Ningbo (you arrange freight) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) direct to your warehouse or fulfillment center. DDP means no customs surprises -- you receive your goods with all import duties and taxes already handled. Samples ship via DHL or FedEx Express.

For full custom development -- including custom grip patterns, colorways, and construction -- we require 500 pairs per color per design, as this reflects the actual setup and production investment involved. That said, we understand that new buyers often want to validate a product before committing to larger volumes. For a first order only, we can accommodate as few as 100 pairs at an additional cost, giving you a low-risk way to test the product with your customers. We see this as the beginning of a long-term partnership -- as your confidence and order volumes grow, we grow with you.
