What is the minimum order quantity for private label grip socks?
For stock styles with logo customization, the minimum order is 300 pairs depending on the style. Fully custom styles (new knit structure, new grip pattern) require a minimum of 500 pairs. Reorders of the same approved specification can start from 300 pairs.
Can I start with a small sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend starting with a sample order to confirm the sock quality, logo placement, color accuracy, and packaging before committing to bulk production. Sample lead time is 7-10 business days after spec approval. A sample fee applies and is typically credited against your first bulk order.
What customization options are included in the base price?
Logo placement on a stock style is included with no tooling fee. Color customization, grip pattern selection, and packaging customization are quoted separately based on your requirements. We provide a full itemized quote so you know exactly what each element costs.
Do you support retail-ready packaging with barcodes and hangtags?
Yes. We support GS1 barcode placement on polybags, boxes, and hangtags. Custom hangtags, folded boxes, polybags, and tube packaging are all available. We provide digital mockups for all packaging before production begins.
How long does bulk production take after sample approval?
Standard bulk production lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush production may be available depending on factory capacity at the time of order -- please inquire when placing your order.
What shipping options are available?
We offer FOB Ningbo as the standard shipping term. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available for most major markets including EU, North America, Australia, Japan, Korea and Middle East. Sea freight, air freight, and express courier options are all available depending on your timeline and budget.
Can I get a mockup before placing an order?
Yes. Once you share your logo, color preferences, and packaging requirements, we create a digital mockup showing your brand on the sock and packaging. Mockups are provided before any payment is required so you can confirm the design direction.
What is the difference between silicone grip and PVC grip?
Silicone grip provides stronger anti-slip performance, a more premium feel, and better wash durability. It is recommended for fitness studios, premium retail, and medical applications. PVC grip is a cost-effective option suitable for standard trampoline park socks and promotional products. We recommend silicone for any product positioned as premium or intended for repeated use.
