Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce a physical sample based on your approved design mockup. Sample production takes 7-10 business days, plus shipping time. A sample fee may apply, which is credited back against your bulk order once you proceed.
What is the difference between silicone grip and PVC grip?
Silicone grip provides stronger anti-slip performance, is softer on skin, and maintains grip through 50+ wash cycles -- making it ideal for Pilates, yoga, barre, and medical markets. PVC grip is more cost-effective and suitable for general use, trampoline parks, and price-sensitive markets. We recommend silicone for any brand positioning itself in the premium or performance segment.
Can I design my own grip pattern, or do I have to use standard patterns?
Both options are available. We have a library of standard grip patterns (dot grid, wave, stripe, honeycomb) that can be applied immediately. For a unique brand identity, we can produce a custom silicone mold based on your design file -- including your logo as the grip element. Custom mold setup is a one-time cost.
What logo customization options are available?
We support woven-in logos (jacquard), embroidered patches, knitted color logos, silicone-printed logos, custom inner labels, hangtags, barcode labels, and full custom packaging. Multiple positions can be combined on a single product -- for example, a woven ankle logo plus a silicone sole logo.

Available base styles include ankle, crew, knee high, low cut, and no show. Special constructions such as heel-free socks and toe-grip-only socks are also available for trampoline parks and indoor venues. Wide toe box, mesh panels, strap styles, and gradient designs can be developed at higher MOQ.
How long does bulk production take?
Standard bulk production takes 25-35 days after deposit payment and sample approval. This includes production, quality inspection, and packaging. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination and chosen shipping method (air freight or sea freight).
Do you support DDP shipping?
Yes. We offer both FOB Ningbo and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options. DDP means we handle export customs, freight, and import duties -- delivering to your warehouse door. DDP is available for most major markets including the EU, US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Korea.
Can you provide documentation for medical or regulated markets?
