PVC print is a lower-cost option but tends to wear off faster under high-use conditions. For parks that launder socks in-house, silicone is the more durable and cost-effective choice long-term.

Yes. We produce a full size range from toddler (EU 18-20 / approximately 12-18 months) through adult XL. Most parks order a size run covering toddler, kids (EU 25-32), youth (EU 33-38), and adult (EU 39-46). Mixed size runs count toward your MOQ, so you don't need to hit minimums per size separately.

Absolutely. Full logo customization is a core service. We can print or weave your logo on the sock cuff, body, or sole. Packaging options include polybag with header card, OPP bag, and retail box -- all with your branding. We also handle woven labels, printed hangtags, barcodes, and size labels. MOQ starts at 100 pairs for stock-based customization (adding your logo to an existing style) and 300 pairs for fully custom product development. Pricing is tiered -- the more you order, the lower the per-pair cost. We'll provide a detailed price sheet with quantity breakpoints (100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000+ pairs) when you send your inquiry. No hidden fees.

Samples take 7-10 business days after artwork approval and are shipped by DHL or FedEx express. Bulk production takes 25-35 days from deposit payment. Ocean freight to EU/NA/AU adds approximately 20-30 days. If you need faster delivery, air freight or express courier options are available. We recommend planning your first order 8-10 weeks before your target in-store date.

Yes. Reorders on confirmed styles are faster than initial orders because tooling, artwork, and specifications are already on file. Typical reorder lead time is 20-28 days. For high-volume parks, we can also discuss a scheduled production arrangement to ensure you always have stock available ahead of peak periods.

We provide material composition certificates, wash durability test reports, and grip friction test references upon request. For markets with specific regulatory requirements (EU REACH, US CPSC for children's products, etc.), we can review your documentation needs case by case and advise on the testing pathway. Full-sole grip covers the entire bottom of the sock with silicone dots or pattern, providing maximum anti-slip coverage. This is the standard choice for most trampoline parks. Heel-free (open heel) and toe-grip-only designs are specifically developed for inflatable parks and bounce houses, where the heel can create friction against the inflatable surface. If your venue has both trampolines and inflatables, we can recommend a hybrid grip layout that works across both surfaces.
