For stock styles with logo printing, the MOQ starts from 300 pairs. For fully custom OEM designs (custom color, heel-free construction, custom grip pattern), the MOQ is 500 pairs. MOQ can be split across different sizes within the same style -- for example, 200 kids S + 200 kids M + 100 adult M = 500 pairs total. Yes. Heel-free construction is one of our core inflatable park designs. The open-heel reduces friction and abrasion against inflatable surfaces, significantly extending sock lifespan. We also offer toe-grip-only patterns where silicone grip is concentrated at the toe area. Both options are available in kids and adult sizing. These are not modified standard designs -- they are purpose-built for inflatable park use cases.

We produce children's sizes from toddler (approximately EU 19-22) through kids large (approximately EU 33-36), plus a full adult range from S to XL. Exact size specs are confirmed during the sample stage to match your target market's sizing standards (US, EU, or UK). Most park operators order a mix of kids S, kids M, kids L, and adult M/L to cover the majority of their guest profile.

Our premium silicone grip maintains 90%+ anti-slip performance after 50 machine wash cycles at 40°C. This is tested during our QC process. For parks that wash socks daily, this translates to approximately 1.5-2 months of active use per pair before grip performance noticeably degrades. PVC grip (standard option) has lower wash durability -- approximately 15-25 cycles -- and is better suited for single-use or lower-frequency washing scenarios. We recommend silicone for any park that launders socks in-house.

Yes. Logo placement options include woven jacquard on the ankle or cuff, embroidered patch, or heat-transfer label. Custom sock colors are available with Pantone color matching. The grip pattern itself can also be customized -- for example, your logo shape printed as the grip dots on the sole. Custom packaging including header cards, poly bags, retail boxes, hang tags, barcodes, and labels are all available. We provide free mockup renders before production approval.

Bulk production lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Sample production takes 7-10 business days. Repeat reorders for established designs are typically faster at 20-28 days. We recommend planning your first order 8-10 weeks before your target delivery date to allow for sampling, approval, production, and shipping. We ship to EU, North America, Australia, Japan, Korea, and other international markets. FOB Ningbo is the standard shipping term. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for buyers who prefer door-to-door delivery with customs clearance handled on our side -- this is popular with EU and AU buyers. We work with established freight forwarders and can advise on the most cost-effective shipping method for your order size and destination.

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Samples allow you to evaluate grip performance, sizing accuracy, material feel, and logo quality before committing to bulk production. Sample cost is quoted per style and is typically credited against your first bulk order. Sample turnaround is 7-10 business days.
