Can I order custom packaging without changing the sock design?
Yes. You can use our stock grip sock styles with fully custom packaging. This is the most popular low-MOQ option for studios and new brands who want branded packaging without committing to a custom sock development project.
What artwork files do I need to provide?
Ideally, provide your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG) and any brand guidelines (colors, fonts, taglines). If you only have a PNG logo, that works too -- we'll advise on resolution requirements. We provide dieline templates for each packaging type so your designer can work directly in the correct format.
Do you offer packaging design services?
We provide basic layout support and mockup templates. For buyers who need full design from scratch, we can recommend options or work with your brief to produce a starter layout. Complex brand identity work is best done by your own designer using our templates.
Is there a separate MOQ for packaging?
No separate MOQ. Packaging is ordered together with socks. The sock MOQ applies to the whole order. For simpler formats like header cards and OPP bags, the minimum is 100 pairs. Retail boxes and private label packaging typically require 300+ pairs due to print setup costs.
Can I see a physical packaging sample before bulk production?
Yes, always. A physical packaging sample is produced and shipped to you for approval before bulk production begins. This is a standard step in our process. Sample turnaround is typically 5-10 business days after artwork approval, depending on the packaging type.
Can you include barcodes for Amazon or retail?
Yes. Provide your UPC or EAN barcode numbers and we'll incorporate them into the packaging artwork or print separate barcode sticker labels. For Amazon FBA, we can also apply FNSKU labels to individual units before shipment.
Will the packaging show HaloCors branding?
No. All packaging is produced under your brand. HaloCors does not place its name or logo on customer packaging. The outer shipping carton will reference our factory for customs purposes only.
