Our standard MOQ starts from 100-300 pairs per style for stock-based customization with logo printing. For fully custom ODM development (custom knit structure, new grip pattern, custom packaging), MOQ is typically 300-500 pairs per style. We can discuss flexible arrangements for first-time orders or trial orders.

For approved projects with confirmed specifications and mockup, physical samples are delivered in 7-10 business days. Design mockup review and approval typically takes 3-5 days before sample production begins. Rush sample service is available for select projects.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you provide the design and we manufacture to your specification -- your logo, your colors, your packaging on our existing sock structures. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we develop the product concept, structure, and design for you based on your requirements and market brief. Yes. Silicone grip is our recommended choice for premium markets. It provides stronger anti-slip performance, maintains grip through 50+ wash cycles, and has a softer, more professional feel. PVC grip is a cost-effective standard option suitable for high-volume commercial use or lower wash-frequency applications like trampoline parks. We will advise based on your market and use case.

Yes. We provide full packaging customization including polybag with header card, retail box, hangtag, woven label, printed label, barcode (EAN/UPC), and custom insert cards. Our team can provide packaging mockups and templates for your approval before production.

We export to Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, Australia, and other international markets. We provide standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. For regulated markets (EU REACH, US CPSC, medical), we can provide test reports, UFLPA-ready sourcing records, and compliance documentation on a case-by-case basis.

Yes to both. Factory visits are welcome by appointment. We are located in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, China -- the global sock manufacturing capital. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or buyer-nominated inspector) is fully supported during pre-shipment inspection.

Standard bulk production lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit payment. Lead time may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and production schedule. We provide a production timeline with key milestones after order confirmation.

Yes. In addition to FOB Ningbo, we offer DDP shipping to the EU, US, UK, Australia, Japan, and Korea. DDP means we handle all freight, customs clearance, duties, and taxes -- the goods arrive at your door with no additional charges. This simplifies logistics for buyers who prefer a landed cost model.

We take golden sample compliance seriously. If bulk production deviates from the approved sample in grip coverage, color, or construction, we will rework or replace the affected units before shipment. Our four-stage QC process is specifically designed to prevent this. Any quality disputes are handled promptly with photographic evidence and resolution within 5 business days.
