Submit Design Brief
Day 1Share your requirements: brand colors, toe style preference, grip type, mesh zones, strap style, target market, and quantity. A simple form or email works -- no formal document needed.
Receive Digital Mockup
Day 2-3We create a digital color mockup based on your brief, showing the sock design from multiple angles with your brand colors and grip layout. Review and request revisions before any physical sample is made.
Design Approval & Sample Order
Day 3-4Once the mockup is approved, we confirm the spec sheet covering yarn color codes, grip pattern, sock structure, size range, and packaging. You sign off and we proceed to physical sampling.
Physical Sample Production
Day 5-15Sample is produced to spec in 7-10 business days. We photograph and share images before shipping so you can spot any issues early. Sample shipping by DHL/FedEx express.
Sample Review & Revision
Day 16-20You receive the physical sample and test it. If adjustments are needed -- color, grip density, fit, or structure -- we revise and produce a second sample. Most projects approve within 1-2 rounds.
Bulk Production & Delivery
Day 21+Approved sample becomes the production standard. Bulk order lead time is 25-35 days. We provide pre-shipment photos, packing list, and inspection report. FOB Ningbo or DDP available.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom designed socks?
For stock-base customization with logo printing and color selection, MOQ starts at 100-300 pairs per style. For fully custom structures (new knit patterns, new toe constructions), MOQ is typically 300-500 pairs. We can discuss your specific situation during the inquiry.
Can I match my exact brand colors?
Yes. We support Pantone-referenced color matching. Provide your Pantone codes or hex references and we’ll match yarn accordingly. For very specific brand colors, we recommend a color-match sample round before bulk production. Note that some colors may require minimum quantities for custom yarn dyeing.
What toe style options are available?
We offer full toe (standard closed), half toe (open front), open toe (fully open), wide toe box (extra comfort width), individual toe separator, and various custom constructions. Each style can be combined with different ankle heights -- low cut, ankle, crew, or knee-high.
Can I add a mesh zone for breathability?
Yes. Common mesh options include top-of-foot mesh, arch zone mesh, full-panel open knit, and decorative mesh patterns. Mesh zones are integrated into the knit structure and do not affect the grip sole. We’ll recommend the right mesh type based on your end-use and target market.
How does the grip pattern customization work?
You can choose from standard grip layouts (full sole, heel + toe, toe only) or request a custom pattern including logo-shaped grip prints. Silicone grip is applied after knitting via a screen printing or injection process. We provide a visual reference of the grip layout in your digital mockup before sampling.
Do you provide packaging and labeling support?
Yes. We support custom hang tags, polybag inserts, header cards, retail boxes, barcodes, and care labels. Packaging can be designed to match your brand identity. If you have existing packaging files, share them and we’ll adapt. If not, we can help develop the layout.
What is the difference between silicone and PVC grip?
Silicone grip provides stronger anti-slip performance, a softer tactile feel, and better wash durability -- preferred for premium fitness and medical markets. PVC grip is a cost-effective alternative suitable for standard indoor use. We recommend silicone for most boutique fitness and private label applications.
How many sample revisions are included?
We include up to 2 digital mockup revisions at no extra charge. For physical samples, the first revision is typically included in the sample cost. Additional revision rounds can be arranged at cost. Most projects finalize within 1-2 physical sample rounds.
Can I order samples without committing to bulk production?
Yes. Samples can be ordered independently. Sample cost is charged at cost price. If you proceed to bulk production, sample costs are typically deducted from your first order. There is no obligation to place a bulk order after sampling.
What markets and export regions do you serve?
We export to Europe (EU), North America (US, Canada), Japan, Korea, Australia, and other international markets. We can support DDP shipping, documentation for customs clearance, and compliance-related paperwork for regulated markets on a case-by-case basis.
